Dorian enters the Caribbean Sea; dumps rain on St. Lucia and St. Vincent

Tropical storm Dorian has moved across St. Lucia, into the Caribbean Sea, the 8 am advisory from the National Hurricane Center has indicated.

St. Lucia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines are experiencing heavy rains associated with the storm.
