‘No-deal’ Brexit dealt blow by UK parliament

British politicians have backed a move to stop the next prime minister from suspending parliament, to force through a no-deal Brexit.

The vote adds a new hurdle for the man tipped to take over as prime minister next week.

Boris Johnson has vowed to leave the European Union by the end of October, deal or no-deal.
