BASSETERRE, St. Kitts (KYSS FM) – Leader of Her Majesty’s Loyal Opposition in St. Kitts and Nevis, Rt. Hon. Dr. Denzil Douglas is gathering the strength of his constituents to aid in a search for a missing constituent.
Newton ground resident Priston Joel Flemming went missing on Friday 2nd, March. This was confirmed by both his family and the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force.
Speaking at the end of a health walk in Constituency Six on Saturday, 3rd March, the St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party leader, said it is vital for the community to mobilise and join the search parties that have been established.
Dr. Douglas said, “Deep fears are being expressed for his safety. Let’s all pray to the Almighty for his safe return and fortify his mom and family members who are all distraught at this time. We are deeply worried and concerned”.
According to details from a police report issued on the missing man, Flemming, 22 years of age, is five feet and seven inches tall, of heavy build, with brown eyes and is of light complexion.
He was last seen by a family member on Tuesday, February 27, 2018, at about 9 p.m. in the Old Road area.
He was last seen wearing a white polo T-shirt and short dark khaki pants.
The Police are asking persons with information regarding the whereabouts of Priston Flemming to contact the Sandy Point Police Station at 465-6261 or the nearest police station.
