Philippines ships 69 containers of dumped rubbish back to Canada: Sixty-nine containers full of rubbish have been loaded onto a cargo ship in the Philippines heading to Canada.

The government of the Philippines says the waste was shipped illegally in 2013 and 2014, falsely declared as recyclable plastics.
