The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force is now in a position to have a more efficient record keeping system, which ultimately means the availability of information to investigators.
This became possible as a result of a collaborative effort with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the government of St. Kitts and Nevis, under the scope of CariSECURE- which seeks to create a stronger platform for evidence based decision making for the Caribbean.
The launch of the records system took place today, September 18, at the Police Training School.
Keynote personnel at the launching ceremony were Prime Minister and Minister of National Security Dr. the Hon. Timothy Harris; Clinton White, USAID Mission Director and Madgy Martinez, UNDP resident representative.
