Potential hiccup with evidence preservation in Alki David Case

Even though billionaire Alkiviades David’s court case is scheduled for September 23, later this year there may be some potential hiccups in relation to the legal battle.

During the May 15 edition of the radio show “The Rebuttal” hosted by Duncan Wattley, one caller asked a question in relation to preservation of the seedling’s confiscated by the Police from the billionaire, specifically with them being used as evidence in the upcoming case.

Lawyer Chesley Hamilton, in response, said it is going to be “an interesting situation.

Over five hundred “hemp” seedlings were on a private plane that David arrived into the Federation, on May 7. Police have since launched an investigation into the matter.
