Stabilizing Syria: UN chief appeals to Russia, Turkey

Medical facilities in Syria’s last major rebel stronghold are no longer sharing their coordinates with the United Nations for fear of being targeted by Russian-backed forces.

The UN secretary-general has appealed to Russia and Turkey to stabilize the situation in Idlib.
