Synopsis: A tropical wave exiting the area will see some unsettled weather across the islands mainly today with conditions becoming more settled by tonight. Cloudy spells with shower intervals are likely across these areas. Closely following this wave is a surge of Saharan dust expected to contribute to the drying out of the atmosphere as well as a reduction in visibility and challenges for persons with respiratory ailments. Residents are asked to take the necessary precautionary measures.
