Twelve matters will be heard by the Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal when it meets in St Kitts from November 11 to 15.
According to the preliminary cause list updated on November 5, the three-judge panel will hear three applications/motions and three High Court civil appeals on Monday, 11 November. A matter from Antigua and Barbuda High Court will also be heard via teleconference.
An application for a stay of execution and a Magisterial Criminal Appeal against Conviction are set down for November 12.
Two High Court Civil Appeals and one magisterial civil appeal are down for hearing on November 13 and one matter from the High Court in St Vincent and the Grenadines is logged for November 14 and 15.
