Weather Forecast for St. Kitts & Nevis: The presence of a
persistent trough and lingering moisture and instability from a
tropical wave will continue to generate cloudiness with showers
across the Islands today and tonight. Possible rainfall total for the
forecast period is 10 to 15 mm or 0.4 to 0.6 inch. The flash flood
watch has been extended to 8 am.
Weather today: Cloudy spells with a 70 percent or high chance of
showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms.
Weather tonight: Partly cloudy with a 50 percent or moderate
chance of showers.
Eastern Caribbean Forecast: The interaction of a tropical wave
and a deep layered trough will cause cloudy skies with moderate to
sometimes heavy showers and thunderstorms to prevail over the
islands from the northern Windwards westwards to Puerto Rico
during the next 24 hours and this could lead to localize flooding in
some of these islands. The rest of the islands which include the
central Windward Islands southwards to Trinidad and Tobago will
see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with a moderate chance of showers
