Winds: East-northeast at average speeds between 17 – 23 mph
over land increasing to an average between 21 – 29mph over
coastal waters and elevated terrain and gusting higher in squally
conditions mainly over coastal waters today. Winds will begin to
subside beginning tonight.
Seas: Very rough with heights between 10-14ft or 3.1-
4.3m. Warnings for small craft operators and sea bathers
remain in effect against dangerous marine conditions
and mariners are advised to avoid the waters. Seas will
begin to slowly subside by tonight.

Today: Partly cloudy to cloudy with occasional brief showers
Tonight: Partly cloudy with a moderate chance of a brief evening
Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Moisture from an old frontal
boundary, coupled with the effects of the strong winds, will cause
occasional cloudy periods and brief showers over the islands from
Puerto Rico eastwards to the Leeward Islands today with a
reduction in shower activity expected over these islands tonight.
Similar weather conditions are expected over the southern
Windwards and Trinidad and Tobago. The rest of the islands will
