Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A dry and stable air mass will
continue to be supported by a surface high pressure. The surface
high pressure coupled with Saharan dust will continue to inhibit
cloud growth and shower activities across the islands. The high will
also generate a moderate to fresh wind flow that will result in
choppy seas across the region. Skies over the Leewards and Virgin
islands will be partly cloudy and hazy today and tonight with little
or no showers. Similar conditions will occur over the Windward
Islands except Trinidad and Tobago which will be cloudy with few
showers today followed by fair conditions for tonight. Puerto Rico
will be partly cloudy and hazy today and tonight with only isolated
showers.
