Weather today: Partly cloudy to cloudy and hazy with a 50 percent
or a moderate chance of showers mainly this afternoon.
Weather tonight: Generally cloudy and slightly hazy with a 70
percent or a high chance of showers and a 20 percent or a slight
chance of a thunderstorm.
Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A tropical wave causing unsettled
weather across Trinidad and Tobago will continue to do so for the
rest of the day. Cloudy skies with a high chance of showers can be
expected along with a moderate chance of thunderstorms. Similar
conditions are also expected across the entire region as the wave
makes its way over. The Windward Islands and Barbados will see
unsettled weather today and tonight while the rest of the area will
experience these conditions more so beginning tonight. However,
only a slight chance of thunderstorms can be expected.
Additionally, a moderate to fresh breeze associated with a strong
high pressure system will continue to keep sea conditions slightly
above normal while Saharan dust continues to produce slightly
hazy conditions across the entire Eastern Caribbean.
