some instability in the atmosphere over the Northeast Caribbean along with
some available moisture will give rise to cloudy skies with showers over
Hispaniola east Anguilla. There is a moderate chance of some thunderstorms
developing over and around Hispaniola, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands
this afternoon. Meanwhile, an atmosphere low on significant moisture and
instability will prevail over the rest of the Eastern Caribbean today and hence
the chance of shower activity will remain low under partly sunny skies.
