gusting higher during showers.

small craft advisory is now in effect specifically for the eastern
side of the islands.

Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Moderate to fresh breeze associated
with a tight pressure gradient will transport pockets of low level moisture
over the Eastern Caribbean resulting in cloudy spells and occasional
showers. These showers could be sudden at times; however, they are not
expected to be long-lasting. Additionally, Saharan dust will cause the
atmosphere to be quite hazy again today and easily affected residents are
asked to take the necessary precautionary measures to avoid any
respiratory ailments. Across Trinidad as well as the US Virgin Islands,
weak unstable conditions will increase the chance of shower activity
resulting in at most a moderate chance of showers for the Virgin Islands
and a high chance of showers for Trinidad.
