Winds: East to east-northeasterly with average speeds between 14
– 17mph with higher spells over coastal waters and elevated terrain
and gusting higher in some showers.

8ft. Warnings for sea bathers remain in place for breaking waves
mainly on the eastern coastlines while an advisory remains effect
for small craft operators.

Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Weak instability over the
southern Windwards, Trinidad and Tobago and to a lesser extent
Puerto Rico, will gradually diminish today. Skies over these Islands
will be mostly cloudy at first with occasional brief morning showers
with diminishing clouds as the day progresses. Meanwhile, a
moderate to fresh windflow will continue to push shallow clouds
and pockets of moisture over the rest of the Islands. Skies over the
Leewards, B.V.I., and the Northern Windwards will be partly
cloudy in general with brief periods of cloudiness accompanied by
a moderate chance of brief showers.
