a weak low level trough moving across the northern island chain,
low moisture levels along with dry dusty air from the Sahara
Dessert will inhibit significant shower activity for most of the
islands; however, localized effects could generate and enhance
showers across Guadeloupe, Dominica and Martinique. Further
south across Trinidad and Tobago, unstable conditions associated
with the Inter Tropical Convergence Zone will cause cloudy and
showery spells along with the possibility of thunderstorms
