7 feet. A small advisory remains in effect specifically for the eastern side
of the islands.
Weather Forecast for St. Kitts & Nevis: A tight pressure
gradient associated with a strong high pressure system will continue to
produce moderate to fresh breeze across the area; however, no significant
shower activity is anticipated during the next 24 hrs. Additionally, a plume
of dust from the Sahara Desert will continue to result in the atmosphere
being quite hazy again today and easily affected residents are asked to
take the necessary precautionary measures to avoid any respiratory

Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A tropical wave will move across the
area overnight. However, most of the shower activity associated with this
wave will be confined to Trinidad and Tobago and the areas further south.
Cloudy periods with light showers are therefore possible during the day,
increasing to moderate to occasionally heavy overnight. The Southern
Windward Islands could also see some unsettled weather associated with
this wave, more so tonight, but less intense shower activity is anticipated.
Elsewhere and otherwise, a strong high pressure system will be the
dominant feature, producing a moderate to fresh wind flow with at most a
low chance of showers expected under partly cloudy skies. Additionally,
hazy conditions will continue across the entire area and residents are
