with an environment conducive for favorable development will continue to
result in cloudy skies, showers, some of which could become moderate to
heavy at times. There may be possible thunderstorms across the southern
Windward Islands, mainly today, and Trinidad and Tobago, today and
tonight, as it exits the area. As the wave moves westward, interaction
with a mid to upper level trough located near Puerto Rico will result in
similar weather conditions from Puerto Rico to The British Virgin Islands
and to a lesser extent St. Kitts/ Nevis and Anguilla. Elsewhere and
otherwise, the high pressure system will dominate, keeping shower
activity to a minimum, with at most a moderate chance of showers
